The First International Conference on Intelligent Networks and Intelligent Systems (ICINIS 2008) will be held in Wuhan, China. Wuhan is the famous river city of China, a modern metropolitan with over 2000-year history and rich cultural heritage, featuring relaxing lifestyle, and numerous historic and scenery sites. ICINIS 2008 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of intelligent networks and systems research and applications in diverse fields. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by renowned scholars and regular sessions with broad coverage.

PAPER SUBMISSION

ICINIS2008 calls for research papers that report original techniques and approaches, new results and system developments in exciting and dynamic fields of intelligent networks and intelligent systems. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English (4 pages normally). All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the IEEE CS proceedings templates obtained from the conference site to format their papers. Authors should submit PDF files of their manuscripts via email. The submission email address is icinis@inass.org. The authors of accepted papers will have an opportunity to revise their papers and take consideration of the referees' comments and suggestions. The ICINIS2008 proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society and indexed by EI Compendex, IEE INSPEC and Thomson ISI. A selected number of the conference accepted papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issue of International Journal of Intelligent Engineering and Systems.
