Call for Paper

ICINIS2013 calls for research papers that report original techniques and approaches, new results and system developments in exciting and dynamic fields of intelligent networks and intelligent systems. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English (4 pages normally). All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the IEEE CS proceedings templates (obtained from the Paper Submission of this site) to format their papers. The proceedings of ICINIS2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 had been published by the IEEE Computer Society's Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and indexed by EI Compendex, IEE INSPEC and Thomson ISI. And the IEEE Computer Society had approved the Technical Co-Sponsorship of ICINIS2009, ICINIS2010 and ICINIS2011. Also, the ICINIS2013 has got the Technical Co-Sponsorship of the IEEE Computer Society and the proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society's Conference Publishing Services (CPS). About 30% of the accepted papers of this conference will be selected for possible publication in the special issue of the International Journal of Intelligent Engineering and Systems on the expansion and revision of the papers. And in this conference, the Best Paper Award will be elected.
