Author Guideline:

IJIES publishes two types of articles: regular papers and brief papers. Review management is primarily under the direction of an editor, who will solicit reviews for each submission. The editor will ordinarily make a recommendation after receiving reviews. To avoid delays in processing your paper, please follow these guidelines.
IJIES is devoted primarily to archival reports of work that have not been published elsewhere. Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published previously and is not under consideration of publication elsewhere.
Especially, substantially extended versions of conference papers (with at least 30% new materials) are invited for IJICC submissions. It is required that you include a statement of extensions at the beginning of your paper submission. Otherwise, your journal submission may be rejected as a double submission.
Upon acceptance of an article, author(s) will be asked to transfer copyright to the publisher. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
Manuscripts should be written in English and submitted as an email attachment, and the electronic version of manuscripts in postscript or PDF formats should be email to: journal@inass.org. Please follow the style files given in the following links. An acknowledgment email regarding the receipt of the manuscript will be promptly sent. The review process will take approximately 6-12 weeks, and the author will be notified concerning the possibility of publication of the manuscript as soon as the review process is completed. All correspondence will be directed to the first author of multi-authored manuscripts. It is the responsibility of the first author to communicate with the other co-author(s).

A revised manuscript should be returned to the editor or Editor-in-Chief with a statement that describes actions taken in the revision corresponding to the main review comments of referees. Revised manuscripts may be reviewed again by the original review panel. Return of a manuscript to the author(s) for revision does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript for publication. The final decision will be based upon the comments of the reviewers and editors, upon their final review of the revised manuscript.
The journal also publishes Special Issues on the subject of increasing importance. Guest Editors are invited to produce Special Issues consisting of some articles grouped around a common theme. Proposals for Special Issues are welcome, as are Guest Editorials and Announcements.

Copyright Forms

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a copyright statement. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright copyright form before the publication of the article.

Proofs

Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be acceptable. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.
